Job Summary

Serve as the L4 escalation point for Imprivata incidents, performing deep troubleshooting of authentication, SSO, agents, appliances, and application integrations. Engineer and administer enterprise Imprivata EAM/OneSign environments, including monitoring, capacity analysis, resiliency/HA-DR, and enterprise policy configuration. Lead SSO/authentication support across SAML and web/client applications, support VDI/shared workstation environments (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop), and drive upgrades, patching, and migrations with pre/post health checks.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the highest-level escalation point for Imprivata-related incidents, troubleshooting complex authentication, SSO, agent, appliance, and integration issues with RCA.
•Engineer and administer enterprise Imprivata EAM/OneSign environments, including platform health/performance monitoring, capacity analysis, and resiliency/business continuity support.
•Design, configure, and troubleshoot SSO integrations across SAML and modern/legacy applications; create and maintain application profiles.
•Provide expert support for authentication/MFA implementations and troubleshoot authentication and re-authentication issues across endpoint, Imprivata, and identity infrastructure.
•Lead upgrades, patching, and migrations, including upgrade impact assessment, compatibility validation, health checks, and coordination across infrastructure/endpoint/network/application teams.

Key Requirements

•Serve as an L4 technical escalation point and troubleshoot complex Imprivata incidents with root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
•Administer and engineer enterprise Imprivata EAM/OneSign environments, including appliance management, enterprise policies, agent/endpoint deployments, and platform health monitoring.
•Design, configure, and troubleshoot SSO integrations (web, Windows/client-server, legacy, and SAML applications) and maintain application profiles.
•Support authentication and MFA methods including proximity/smart/bio/FIDO/security keys and OTP/passwordless implementations; analyze authentication failures across endpoint, Imprivata, and identity infrastructure.
•Lead Imprivata upgrades, patching, and migrations with compatibility validation, impact assessments, rollback plans, and pre/post upgrade health checks.
