Job Summary

Drive sustainable growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting EPC project opportunities for valves and rupture disc solutions across APAC. Own the project pursuit lifecycle from early stages (pre-FEED/FEED) through RFQ to order award, including bid strategy, pricing alignment, and techno-commercial clarifications. Build and manage EPC customer relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant offers, and support order handover and execution when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and pursue EPC projects involving valves, rupture discs, and pressure safety solutions across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, and Energy Transition sectors.
•Engage early in projects (pre-FEED/FEED) to influence technical specifications, datasheets, MTOs, and approved vendor lists.
•Own relationships with key EPC contractors, PMC consultants, licensors, and end users; position the company as a preferred partner.
•Lead project pursuit activities from RFQ through order award, including bid strategy, pricing alignment, negotiation, and bid compliance.
•Drive order booking and ensure structured handover of awarded projects to execution and operations, supporting issue resolution when required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Instrumentation preferred).
•8–10 years of experience in EPC project sales or business development for valves and/or rupture discs/pressure relief products.
•Proven exposure to EPC contractors, licensors, and consultants in India and/or the Middle East.
•Strong understanding of valve/rupture disc technologies, actuation, materials, and applicable international codes and standards.
•Strong techno-commercial and negotiation capability with a disciplined, data-driven approach.
