Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, validate, and implement insourcing & NPI projects for the PCBA Center of Excellence, including process documentation, test training, capital equipment, programming, fixture designs, and collaboration with design engineering teams globally.
  • •Support NPI/insourcing product quotes.
  • •Quote and validate test equipment and develop test fixturing for ICT and functional testing.
  • •Develop and execute test programs based on design specifications, including ICT programs (bed of nails or flying probe) and functional test handoff.
  • •Plan and coordinate test project execution (including gantts), follow up engineering changes, and coordinate production handoff with safety remediation and validation for new testers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electromechanical, mechatronics, biomedical engineering, or similar.
  • •3–5 years of experience in electronic/electrical test engineering positions.
  • •3–5 years of experience with new product introduction or transfers in an electronic environment.
  • •Highly skilled with ICT and Functional Tester platforms (Chroma, IES, Seica, or Custom).
  • •Programming and tooling skills including C++/C#, LabVIEW, Python, PLC, plus design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Altium/CAM350, and embedded communications (USB, Modbus, Serial, TCP).
