Analyze and optimize product performance metrics by identifying key technical drivers, running experimental and analytical assessments, and building predictive models. Key Responsibilities

•Identify fundamental factors that drive desired product performance metrics and use modelling tools for optimization and predictions.
•Analyze experimental tests and analytical assessment data, ensuring high technical rigor, and recommend improvements.
•Design tests and test plans to efficiently identify and optimize performance aligned with the customer experience.
•Formulate problem statements, characterize and highlight risk, and recommend mitigations to achieve performance targets.
•Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver optimized hair style and drying performance, documenting work for future reference.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
•2+ years’ experience in product design and development (less experience may be considered for the right candidate).
•Strong engineering fundamentals, measurement analysis, and statistical analysis knowledge.
•Competency with Minitab, MATLAB, and/or Excel (or other data acquisition/processing tools).
•Some CAD/CAE tool experience and experience with statistical modelling such as multiple regression (preferred).
