Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify fundamental factors that drive desired product performance metrics and use modelling tools for optimization and predictions.
  • •Analyze experimental tests and analytical assessment data, ensuring high technical rigor, and recommend improvements.
  • •Design tests and test plans to efficiently identify and optimize performance aligned with the customer experience.
  • •Formulate problem statements, characterize and highlight risk, and recommend mitigations to achieve performance targets.
  • •Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver optimized hair style and drying performance, documenting work for future reference.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
  • •2+ years’ experience in product design and development (less experience may be considered for the right candidate).
  • •Strong engineering fundamentals, measurement analysis, and statistical analysis knowledge.
  • •Competency with Minitab, MATLAB, and/or Excel (or other data acquisition/processing tools).
  • •Some CAD/CAE tool experience and experience with statistical modelling such as multiple regression (preferred).
