Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the fire engineering team, Defence workload management, project delivery and performance.
•Oversee delivery of large, complex Defence projects ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.
•Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and national leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.
•Lead performance and review processes by setting SMART goals for team members and conducting staff appraisals.
•Develop staff PDPs and mentor team to achieve Chartership and broaden expertise.

•Extensive experience in a large multi-disciplinary environment
•Knowledge of UK standards (ADB, BS 9991/9999/9992, HTM 05-02, BB100) and Defence standards (JSP 80, DIFS)

•Membership in professional institutions (e.g., MIFireE) and NFPA certifications (CFPE)
•BEng/MEng or MSc in fire science/engineering
