Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with individuals and small business clients by having proactive, in-person and phone conversations to uncover financial wellness needs. Meet individual activity and sales goals while opening and expanding accounts and deposit/lending products. Partner with branch teammates and internal specialists, document client interactions, support teller-line transactions, and help drive branch execution through huddles, debriefs, and occasional Saturday coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by actively engaging with clients and teammates in person and on the phone.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations based on client conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Collaborate with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships while managing centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions; assist with teller-line transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ year experience building relationships with customers and achieving sales goals, with sales skills emphasized over prior financial services experience.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Comfort working with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows, Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
