Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with retail and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, process account information and transactions, open new accounts, submit credit applications, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to individual goals. Maintain strong knowledge of consumer and business banking and digital/self-service tools while delivering consistent branch client experience and partnering with branch teams to optimize service accuracy and operational excellence.
