Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets with engineering and product leads
  • •Collaborate with Operations and Development teams to ensure service reliability, availability, and scalability
  • •Lead toil reduction projects to minimize recurring manual activities
  • •Drive production incident response and perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement
  • •Create and implement playbooks and work with development teams to prioritize and implement infrastructure improvements

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledgeable in Azure resources (VMs, Storage, Network, Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, AKS)
  • •Strong Azure DevOps expertise and Git/gitops pipelines
  • •Hands-on experience with Azure PowerShell, Runbooks, or other automation tools
  • •Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk)
  • •Proven ability to leverage Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes to modernize cloud infrastructure
