Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct daily operations within the DC, managing workflow in and around the Case Reserve department and ensuring safe, effective product flow.
  • •Support leaders with operational information, including releasing waves and ensuring no waves are locked.
  • •Enter, track, and validate waves as they are processed, including managing SLA locations, repicks, and trouble tasks.
  • •Coordinate related process areas (IBPD, inbound, mezzanine, sorter, returns/rework) and communicate with shipping on dedicated flow.
  • •Ensure cases are fully picked and in drop zones as work completes, provide details on missed cases, and maintain a clean, ready area for the next shift.
