Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers in their transformation to SAP S/4HANA / Intelligent Enterprise.
  • •Deliver remote and onsite consulting services for global customers focusing on system optimization and conceptual planning.
  • •Analyze highly complex business processes end-to-end with root cause analysis and optimization across heterogeneous system landscapes.
  • •Continuously develop functional and technical skills in S/4HANA, SAP Industry Cloud, and SAP BTP solutions.
  • •Act as a team lead for service delivery and escalation teams and mentor/training early talent.

Key Requirements

  • •SAP hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning (SAP PP-PI) and SAP Materials Management (MM) and/or SAP Quality Management, SAP Digital Manufacturing, or SAP Master Data.
  • •Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Development, Support, or Consulting within the listed solution areas.
  • •Practical experience managing customers, SAP implementation projects, service deliveries, and/or project management.
  • •Integration knowledge between S/4HANA and MES or between PLM and S/4HANA (e.g., PLMSI, PDMI).
  • •Strong communication skills and service mindset; ability to work well under pressure.
  • •Generic programming skills in ABAP, Java, or other software development experience.
