Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn day-to-day operations under supervision through hands-on experience across assigned departments to understand departmental operations, processes, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Learn and understand internal and external customer requirements and use feedback to improve products and services.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities, including root causes, suggest solutions, and work with departments to implement lasting fixes.
  • •Partner with experienced leadership to lead and direct the day-to-day activities of frontline associates.
  • •Follow and ensure others follow safety initiatives and apply the LEAP philosophy to make principled decisions during daily interactions.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree required (associate, bachelors, graduate) OR completed college degree by MIT start date.
  • •Must be able to relocate within the company geographic footprint.
  • •Develop and apply leadership competencies such as courage/resiliency, accountability, interpersonal savvy, and conflict management.
  • •Ability to follow and ensure safety initiatives to maintain a zero-accident culture.
