  • •Lead and develop the Medical System (MES) (excluding nursing service) including people leadership and functional development of direct reports.
  • •Own operational and business responsibility for the Medical System, including budget and cost-center management.
  • •Ensure medical quality and patient safety; advance treatment standards and related quality measures.
  • •Optimize processes, interfaces, and structures and steer performance using KPIs to sustainably improve productivity.
  • •Lead projects and medical specialist forums, chair the MES committee, and support management-team interfaces including management on-call service.
