Job Summary

Own internal communications across EMEA by creating and distributing engaging content through email, newsletters, and intranet pages. Manage the editorial calendar and support regional communicators to align global and in-country messaging. Measure channel performance, publish content on Aon Avenue, provide first-line intranet support, and drive adoption of Viva Engage and knowledge sharing tools, while supporting admin tasks like meeting coordination and campaign support.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-quality internal communications across EMEA, ensuring content is aligned and engaging across channels.
•Build and distribute internal corporate and business emails, managing the editorial calendar and producing two monthly newsletters.
•Partner with in-country communicators to align and amplify global and regional messaging and campaigns.
•Produce metrics and analysis to evaluate channel performance and inform communications strategy.
•Create and publish content on Aon Avenue/intranet pages, provide first-line intranet support, and help drive Viva Engage adoption.

Key Requirements

•Experience in internal communications, digital content, or a similar role within a complex or global organisation.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach and attention to detail.
•Experience using digital platforms such as SharePoint, Eloqua, or similar tools.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver at pace.
•Confident stakeholder management experience supporting a diverse colleague base.
