Serve as a technical authority integrating advanced weapon systems, sensors, and platform models into Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training and simulation environments. Translate CAD/SysML/FPGA- and HDL-based engineering artifacts into parameterized, physics-based simulation representations, including kinematics and sensor phenomenology (RF/radar). Support constructive modeling (e.g., BSI MACE/ARMOR), develop/validate HIL configurations, and perform model verification, validation, and accreditation to enable realistic training and testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Integrate advanced weapon systems, sensors, and platform models into Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training and simulation environments.
•Analyze digital engineering products (CAD, SysML, FPGA/HDL, and specifications) to develop parameterized simulation models and translate engineering data into constructive simulation platforms (e.g., BSI MACE/ARMOR).
•Develop and validate kinematic models for aircraft, missile, space, and orbital behaviors.
•Design and implement sensor phenomenology models (RF, radar, and electromagnetic spectrum effects) and support integration of weapon systems and platform capabilities into LVC environments.
•Develop/validate Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) configurations and conduct model verification, validation, and accreditation activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s plus 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
•Demonstrated ability to analyze digital engineering outputs, including CAD, SysML, FPGA/HDL, and related engineering artifacts.
•Experience translating engineering data into parameterized models for constructive simulation platforms.
•Expertise developing kinematic models involving flight dynamics, orbital mechanics, or complex platform behaviors.
•Experience implementing sensor phenomenology models, including RF, radar, and related electromagnetic effects.
