Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead waiver and amendment processes, coordinating with Coverage, Credit, Legal, and agents/clients as applicable.
  • •Oversee covenant monitoring, including tracking and escalation of issues, and prepare for annual reviews and annual credit reviews.
  • •Personally manage a defined loan portfolio with name-level understanding of exposures, returns, concentrations, and risk profile.
  • •Recommend and execute portfolio actions such as reductions, exits, restructurings, amendments, and secondary loan transactions to protect asset quality.
  • •Contribute to portfolio transformation by improving LPM processes, analytics, systems, controls, and supporting design/testing/implementation of enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in loan portfolio management, credit risk, or active asset management within wholesale banking or private credit.
  • •Experience managing existing loan portfolios, including waivers, amendments, covenants, annual reviews, and credit monitoring.
  • •Proven ability to execute portfolio actions and manage deteriorating or problem credits.
  • •Strong understanding of loan structures, credit risk, capital usage, and portfolio trade-offs.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline (12+ years’ relevant banking experience, including 5+ years in corporate loan markets with portfolio management responsibilities).
