Lead sales efforts on the store floor to deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model. Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom operations. Coach and manage day-to-day team activities within your assigned area, champion a positive team culture, and help achieve personal and team sales goals through effective selling strategies and consumer engagement.
