Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage workload, productivity, and guidance for multiple CIE teams to ensure engineering design/drafting standards, manufacturing needs, and quality support.
  • •Provide standards guidance to outside teams and manage resources maintaining custom design programs for manufacturing and engineering systems.
  • •Lead and complete multiple large projects (Cost Out, New Design, Product Improvement, part obsolescence/substitution) across product lines within deadlines.
  • •Maintain design standards and collaborate with NPD to develop new designs; provide technical assistance to plant support, field sales, and customers as needed.
  • •Oversee continuous improvement activities and manage ECO process improvements, including compliance with applicable ISO standards and resolution of CIE-related quality issues.
