Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client use-case ideation workshops and derive business and technical requirements.
  • •Develop PoVs and pilots for (Gen)AI solutions that can graduate to production.
  • •Build agentic workflows, fine-tune models, and conduct evaluations.
  • •Design and integrate MCP solutions and securely integrate data/tools via secure APIs.
  • •Deliver secure, scalable, and observable deployments across Azure, AWS, GCP, and on-premise environments in collaboration with Backend, DevOps, and Architects.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •3–6 years experience in GenAI engineering with delivery to end users.
  • •Proficiency in Python engineering for data processing and ML, including clean code, typing, tests, packaging, profiling, and code quality assessment.
  • •Expertise with AI agents, including orchestration, tool-calling, prompts-as-code, and safe tool execution.
  • •Experience with fine-tuning, dataset preparation, and evaluation using metrics and regression suites.
