Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the bridge between Global EHS and regional partners to ensure compliance across high-impact Eastern US locations, including RTP.
  • •Lead regional compliance efforts and implement standardized EHS procedures to mitigate operational risks.
  • •Use EHS data and systems to draw insights and accelerate data-driven decision-making using AI-augmented tools.
  • •Work cross-functionally to deliver timely closure of compliance gaps and measurable progress reducing serious injury, illness, or non-compliance.
  • •Lead and validate EHS reporting and project status using streamlined processes in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related technical field.
  • •3-5 years of experience managing EHS programs within a large-scale corporate or industrial environment.
  • •Direct experience managing hazardous waste programs and occupational health and safety compliance.
  • •Proven track record navigating EHS regulatory requirements within North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Georgia, or Texas.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a multi-stakeholder environment.
