Job Summary

Design, analyze, and automate power generation, distribution, and control systems with a focus on electric machines—especially generators and motors. You’ll develop 3-phase and 6th-phase machine designs, perform electromagnetic/electromechanical design interpretation, and create automation tools using Python, C/C++, and AI/ML to reduce CAD cycle time. Coordinate with a global engineering team for requirements, validation, optimization, and design improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Design electric rotary machinery including motor and generator concepts, with focus on product design and improvement.
•Develop 3-phase and “6th phase” electric machine designs and support design validation, optimization, and improvement.
•Perform electromelectromagnetics design and interpretation for rotating machinery.
•Develop automation tools and code documentation using AI/ML, Python, C, and C++ to support automation in CAD tools and reduce cycle time.
•Coordinate with global engineering teams to capture requirements, resolve issues, and provide design suggestions to optimize products.

Key Requirements

•ME/MTech degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
•3–4 years of experience in Aerospace/Automotive industry.
•Proficiency with Python, C, and C++ (Siemens NX is an added advantage).
•Good understanding of electromechanical design, mainly rotating machinery electromagnetic design.
•Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills to deliver quality results in time-bound environments.
