Job Summary

Manage day-to-day facilities and flexible workspace operations to support a growing, distributed workforce. Own space planning and utilization, coordinate office moves/build-outs, and develop the facilities roadmap for major expansion. Partner with IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Safety/Compliance to ensure operational excellence across vendors, technology/AV coordination, access control, and asset management—while maintaining safety, compliance, and an excellent in-office employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day office facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, office supplies, and vendor contracts.
•Own space planning, space utilization, and office build-outs—coordinating moves, reconfigurations, and expansions across Denver and Seattle.
•Coordinate with IT on facilities-related technology (network cabling, Wi-Fi, badge access, building systems) and manage conference room AV operations.
•Oversee building access control systems and maintain accurate access records; continuously improve facilities technology tools such as space booking and desk reservation systems.
•Maintain accurate inventory and asset lifecycle tracking, and partner with Finance to support facilities budgeting and cost forecasting.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of facilities management or office operations experience in a high-growth environment.
•Experience managing a physical expansion or build-out, not just steady-state operations.
•End-to-end ownership of vendor relationships, including RFPs, contract negotiation, and performance management.
•Familiarity with facilities technology platforms (e.g., Skedda) and AV/IT coordination.
•Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to triage issues and manage vendors.
