Build customer relationships as a float banker across assigned branch clusters by meeting face to face, assessing banking needs, and recommending deposit and loan solutions. Open and manage consumer accounts and originate and close consumer loans while educating clients on products. Support a consistent, customer-first experience with flexible scheduling and minimal supervision, working from U.S. Bank locations each scheduled day.
