Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, implement, and improve the Corporate Process Governance & Management Framework in alignment with the Allianz Target Operating Model (AZ TOM) and manage the Global Process Blueprint for Harmonization across business and technology functions.
  • •Lead and inspire the Corporate Process Governance Team by establishing clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous learning.
  • •Set standards, methods and policies for process design, modelling and implementation and drive initiatives for continuous process improvement across Allianz Technology.
  • •Ensure that compliance and control mechanisms are embedded in process execution, monitoring and optimization, and lead the design and rollout of the new standard for process implementation.
  • •Lead and assess affiliates in the adoption and implementation of global process standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements like DORA.
