Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to define scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risks.
  • •Define project delivery resources, support complex RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline; keep functions on schedule and resolve or escalate issues.
  • •Collaborate with the project team to implement solutions, facilitate regular status meetings, and guide projects through completion.

Salary: USD 145,000 - 160,000 annually
