Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items.
  • •Take and record accurate orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
  • •Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and communicate promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
  • •Serve food and beverages timely and courteously; check back during the meal to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization, adhere to health and safety regulations, and process payments (cash and card) accurately.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience with 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
