Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead recruitment marketing and talent brand vision, strategy, goals, and KPIs to strengthen employer positioning
  • •Oversee recruitment marketing and employer brand activities end to end, including intake governance, agency briefing, campaign direction, and execution oversight
  • •Define and manage EVP pillars, ensuring differentiated, consistent messaging across talent acquisition, talent management, and candidate experience
  • •Monitor, assess, and optimize channel and campaign performance to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified applicant flow
  • •Lead strategic vendor management and contract negotiations, and manage budgets aligned to priorities and measurable impact

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Talent Operations, HR Operations, Recruitment Marketing, or related functions, including leadership of enterprise or cross-functional initiatives
  • •Experience leading strategic projects and operational improvements with measurable outcomes
  • •Strong experience conducting market research, competitive analyses, and vendor evaluations to inform talent strategy and process optimization
