Key Responsibilities

  • •Map and consolidate returns data from distributor sources (ZP, DKSH, LHUNI, DMS) into a clean view to flag anomalies and support Project Zero KPIs
  • •Coordinate data requests and follow-ups across ASEAN markets (MY, TH, SG, VN) to build a comparable returns baseline
  • •Document processes and map SOPs, covering end-to-end flows for ZP indent, PO processing, and claims to identify leakage or inefficiency
  • •Compile weekly/monthly KPI reporting snapshots and support the reporting rhythm feeding into a regional TI & Returns dashboard
