Job Summary

Develop and implement HSE procedures for landscape and irrigation operations, including equipment safety, chemical handling, and outdoor work. Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations, and maintain accurate safety documentation. Lead staff safety training and emergency preparedness plans with drills. Ensure compliance with local safety and environmental regulations, including proper waste disposal, and continuously improve safety performance through feedback, data analysis, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and implement safety protocols for landscape and irrigation work, including equipment operation, chemical handling, and outdoor activities.
•Conduct safety training and emergency response drills so employees understand and follow procedures.
•Identify hazards through risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for activities and work conditions.
•Ensure compliance by staying current with safety regulations and conducting regular inspections of sites and equipment.
•Investigate accidents, injuries, or near misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
•Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards and ensuring organizational compliance.
