Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide professional and courteous service and ensure teams in the assigned outlet follow service and set-up standards.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the place of work and surrounding areas, including general cleaning duties assigned by the Head of Department.
  • •Clean and wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment to established performance standards.
  • •Ensure proper garbage separation and manage garbage runs according to regulations.
  • •Report equipment failures/malfunctions, monitor operating supplies to reduce spoilage/wastage, and assist with scheduled inventories.
