Job Summary

Drive the successful delivery of key features and content for upcoming AAA titles by creating and tracking schedules and processes for game assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, art, engineering, and QA to define goals, establish workflows, and remove development obstacles. Ensure project goals, objectives, and deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality, while communicating vision, targets, roadblocks, and recommendations for adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, iterate, and track schedules and processes for game features and assets.
•Drive completion of project goals, objectives, and deliverables for time and quality.
•Monitor the balance of time and resources.
•Collaborate with production teams, leads, and software engineers to ensure goals and deliverables are achieved.
•Communicate the vision and targets across the team, establish review forums, and identify and report roadblocks and bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Producer in Games.
•Solid understanding of gamedev technologies, pipelines, and software development lifecycles.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent project management skills and strong organizational/timekeeping and scheduling abilities.
•Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
