Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and review contracts, including NDAs, concession and real estate agreements.
  • •Manage and update the contracts database, templates, and internal policies.
  • •Support the organisation of Board meetings, AGMs, and corporate secretarial processes.
  • •Contribute to regional compliance roll-outs (data protection, anti-corruption, AML).
  • •Coordinate with external counsels and provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders; assist with legal/compliance training.
  • •Assist in designing and delivering legal and compliance training across local markets

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified law graduate with first practical experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment.
  • •At least 1 year of experience.
  • •Strong contract drafting and legal review capability with attention to detail.

  • •Analytical rigor and a collaborative spirit to deliver precise legal support while taking initiative.
