Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customer implementations of API integrations, scoping and delivering the perfect implementation for each customer’s use case, including required feature set, API endpoints, and wireframes
•Serve as the key technical contact with the customer’s engineering/product teams to advise on implementation paths and future development
•Advise on user flow and UX/UI; specify endpoints needed to build a best-in-class customer experience
•Own and manage a portfolio of complex implementations using tools like Smartsheets/Asana/Linear, defining milestones and tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery
•Coordinate cross-functionally across Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align goals and drive a shared roadmap

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company, preferably FinTech or HR, with complex API integrations
•Exceptional project management skills; able to juggle multiple high-priority projects and push customer projects forward
•Strong balance of technical, product, and commercial mindset; deep understanding of APIs and webhooks and ability to onboard into operationally intensive industries
•Mastery of clear communication; ability to persuade and engage with C-level executives
•Proactive, creative, and hands-on mindset; comfortable creating processes, playbooks, and assets from scratch
