Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze demand and supply at the item, customer, and master schedule levels, determine out of balance conditions, identify alternative and recommend actions for approval.
  • •Collaborate with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to understand and reduce internal and customer lead-times.
  • •Conduct rough-cut capacity planning prior to publishing master schedule to ensure alignment with SI&OP commitments.
  • •Oversee S&OE commitments within the sites to ensure efficient detailed scheduling and utilization of capacity.
  • •Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with respect to material and capacity availability and order-promising integrity across the manufacturing network.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • •5+ Years in Supply Chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Proficient in ERP systems (SAP Preferred), advanced Excel skills, and experience with scheduling software (MRP etc)
