Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead commercial performance steering and financial analysis to diagnose profitability drivers and support commercial decision-making across channels, customers, brands, and portfolios.
  • •Oversee commercial data integrity and reporting systems for sell-in, depletion, trade inventory, pricing, A&D, and A&P, ensuring timely and accurate executive reporting.
  • •Act as strategic finance business partner to Commercial and Trade Marketing, providing financial guidance, challenge, and ROI-focused investment allocation decisions.
  • •Provide financial expertise and analytical support for commercial projects, business cases, and transformation initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • •Deliver executive-level ad-hoc and governance support within the Commercial Finance scope as required by line or top management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
  • •7-10 years of solid finance experience in a corporate, international environment, preferably in FMCG with strong commercial footprint.
  • •Excellent leadership and communication skills across top management, business partners (Commercial, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Logistics), and team management (3 people).
  • •Strong commercial acumen with capability in financial analysis and business partnering; resilient and innovative with a learning mindset.
  • •Fluency in English and Vietnamese with clear, concise communication and summaries.
