Job Summary

Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Guest Transportation strategy across UAE and global operations. Own operational performance for chauffeur and shuttle services, including SLA compliance, vendor lifecycle management, service delivery, and guest experience quality. Ensure safety and regulatory adherence, manage budgets and cost efficiency, and drive KPI reporting and analytics to support data-led decisions. Provide people leadership and partner with stakeholders on integrated delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver the Guest Transportation strategy, driving cost efficiency, service innovation, and alignment to business objectives.
•Oversee end-to-end chauffeur and shuttle operations to ensure SOPs, SLAs, and service standards are consistently delivered.
•Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including selection, contracting, performance monitoring, and compliance.
•Ensure a seamless, premium guest journey through high service quality, punctuality, and customer care.
•Enforce safety, regulatory, and risk management requirements, including incident and emergency handling.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any discipline required.
•7–10 years of experience in transportation, aviation ground services, mobility, or related operations.
•5+ years in a management role overseeing operations and vendor ecosystems.
•Strong experience in vendor management, service delivery, and budget control.
•Experience in the aviation sector or premium service environments is preferred.
