Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the product design system across the full experience, setting the bar for everyone shipping.
  • •Turn internal back-office, front-office, and agent configuration tools into one cohesive product.
  • •Design a simple UX to configure agents, monitor thousands of live calls, and manage workflows.
  • •Create prototypes with AI connected to live data, ship them, and iterate based on real-world usage.
  • •Prototype and problem-solve by diving into complex issues to design solutions that fix root causes elegantly.

Key Requirements

  • •Have shipped real, high-craft product interfaces, ideally in a 0→1 product design context, as a founding designer, design lead, or a designer who codes.
  • •Build with strong taste and can translate fuzzy problems into clear, shipped outcomes while delivering the last 10%.
  • •Create AI-native UX, knowing where automation improves things and where quality can slip.
  • •Have desktop web experience and can make complex B2B workflows feel intuitive and user-centered.
  • •Be able to pick up the collections/fintech domain and enterprise regulatory/user context quickly (no prior domain background required).
