Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the Austrian market for Eaton CPS and C&I solutions, including lead qualification, early project acquisition, and planning/territory strategy.
  • •Create account plans, hold customer meetings, identify needs, and build an early-stage project pipeline from concept and design phases.
  • •Develop initial technical concepts and position CPS/C&I solutions within customer projects, influencing system architectures for critical power solutions.
  • •Support bid/no-bid decisions and help prioritize high-quality, margin-strong CPS opportunities to improve specification success rates.
  • •Coordinate internally across project sales, application engineers, and channel partners; maintain Salesforce opportunity and bid tracking with operational excellence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 54,439.42 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical training as a technician or Bachelor/Master in electrical engineering or comparable qualification.
  • •2–5 years of experience in projects for commercial and institutional buildings (C&I), ideally in electrical planning or project management.
  • •Solid technical knowledge of power systems (low voltage and medium voltage), including understanding industrial control systems and communication.
  • •Ability to understand customer requirements and clearly explain complex technical content to non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Fluent German and very good English in speaking and writing.
