Job Summary

Lead cross-functional electronic payments processing implementation projects in a customer-facing environment, coordinating technical and non-technical experts from Mastercard and customers. Serve as the central point of contact end-to-end, assess and document customer needs and impacts across Mastercard core and non-core systems, and define scope and execution plans using the global project coordination methodology. Perform in-depth end-to-end processing system impact analyses for multiple concurrent projects while acting as an implementation advisor to customers’ support teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the central point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives throughout end-to-end processing implementation execution.
•Assess and document customer needs and translate implementation impacts across Mastercard’s core and non-core processing systems and platforms.
•Define project scope, plan, and drive customer processing implementation projects for new electronic payments processing business activities using the global project coordination methodology.
•Advise customers’ processing support staff and provide guidance to execute required processing implementation activities.
•Execute comprehensive end-to-end processing system impact analyses for multiple customer implementation projects in parallel.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Relevant information technology system knowledge with strong understanding of network technology, digital and web technology, applications, and project management.
•Strong knowledge of payment transaction processing and electronic payment processes such as authorization, clearing, and settlement.
•Strong understanding of Mastercard’s payment processing systems, formats, and associated customer host interface testing services and principles.
•Ability to interact effectively with customers and senior/executive management.
•Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
