Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design and documentation of repeatable advisory frameworks, templates, prompt libraries, and delivery assets.
  • •Coordinate inputs across consultants, solution line leaders, GCC partners, and internal delivery teams to support solution development.
  • •Prepare draft reports, research summaries, benchmarking outputs, presentations, and data-backed narratives for review.
  • •Use Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to organize, validate, analyze, and visualize workforce, rewards, engagement, and advisory data.
  • •Track priorities, timelines, stakeholder inputs, risks, and follow-through actions across multiple innovation and advisory workstreams while maintaining accuracy and version control.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in artificial intelligence, data science, analytics, technology, or a related discipline with practical exposure to human capital advisory, workforce analytics, talent, rewards, HR solutioning, or consulting.
  • •Or a degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business, talent management, rewards, or a recognized HR programme, with practical experience applying AI, analytics, automation, or digital tools in a delivery/advisory setting.
  • •Minimum 2 years of work experience in human capital advisory, workforce analytics, AI-enabled delivery, digital adoption, continuous improvement, or related work.
  • •Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure information clearly for internal stakeholders.
