Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution of roadmap initiatives across the KeeperPAM portfolio, including secrets management, secure remote access, endpoint privilege management, discovery, and machine identity capabilities.
  • •Translate product priorities into execution plans, milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure initiatives progress from requirements through development, QA, and release.
  • •Coordinate complex customer-impacting issues across Engineering, Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and other technical teams.
  • •Track engineering dependencies, technical risks/blockers, maintain roadmap visibility, and coordinate release planning, validation, readiness reviews, and handoffs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of technical program management, engineering program management, or related technical project leadership experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
  • •Strong technical understanding of software development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and modern enterprise application architectures.
  • •Experience driving complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams with multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
  • •Experience coordinating complex customer escalations or production issues involving multiple engineering teams.
  • •Knowledge of Agile software development and release management, plus ability to communicate effectively with engineers, product/executive stakeholders, and customers.
