Support the Sourcing function for Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen, and Tabletop categories by scouting and evaluating vendor partners in the region. Partner with the Sourcing Manager on onboarding, supplier relationship management, and capacity tracking. Learn foundational open costing to help build and validate cost structures and support negotiations. Contribute to launch hit-rate improvements and continuous process refinement.

Key Responsibilities

•Scout and evaluate vendor partners in the region capable of producing Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen, and Tabletop products with competitive lead times.
•Support pitching and onboarding of new vendor partners, including alignment on test periods, quality standards, and scalability.
•Manage and strengthen supplier relationships to improve product costs, quality, and commercial terms.
•Monitor and track supplier and style-level capacity, flagging risks and opportunities to the Sourcing Manager.
•Develop foundational open costing skills and support negotiations using fact-based costing data.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of sourcing, merchandising, or supply chain experience, ideally in Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen, and Tabletop (especially Window Hardware and Décor).
•Passion for product quality and customer experience, with interest in growing into a strategic sourcing role.
•Ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
•Strong attention to detail and a data-informed approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
•Solid analytical foundation with interest in process improvement, cost analysis, and vendor performance tracking.
