Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stores and warehouse inbound/outbound logistics to ensure materials are handled and dispatched on time.
  • •Maintain high-accuracy stock through receiving coordination, inspections coordination, proper transactions, counting, and stock verification.
  • •Run GRR upon material receipt to support SDOT and update stock visibility (e.g., highlight stock level changes and early arrivals).
  • •Set and monitor targets/KPIs for the group (ALPS, 5S, Kaizen, stock accuracy, rejection volume to zero) and drive performance improvements.
  • •Secure safety and lead lean operations initiatives including ALPS board execution, 5S, kaizen, problem-solving/root cause analysis, supplier rejection/scrap disposal, and scheduling shop work orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Commerce Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in stores/warehouse or the same field.
  • •Knowledge of store and warehouse processes, including material management and inbound/outbound logistics.
  • •Knowledge of ERP and MM tools.
  • •Strong supply chain understanding and ability to optimize resources to improve output and meet customer expectations.
  • •Independent, self-motivated leader with good communication and cross-cultural understanding.
