Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations, using omni-channel tools such as mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling (including short-form video). Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection—while collaborating with the team to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by following Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships using personalized styling and product expertise, driving sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling, and inventory cycle support.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred, plus knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience using POS and basic computer proficiency with iPad/laptop and Mobile POS, including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
