Job Summary

Shape the future of at-home care by owning key finance operations for the Finance & Accounting team. You’ll manage core accounts payable workflows, support accounts receivable and cash reconciliation, and prepare audit-ready journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and balance sheet reconciliations. Key Responsibilities

•Own core accounts payable workflows including invoice review, coding, approvals, vendor coordination, payment support, and accurate classification across departments and cost centers.
•Support accounts receivable and cash activity by reconciling payments, tracking outstanding balances, resolving posting discrepancies, and partnering with billing and revenue cycle teams.
•Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, allocations, fixed asset updates, and balance sheet reconciliations with audit-ready documentation.
•Help drive a timely month-end close by reviewing financial activity, investigating variances, maintaining general ledger detail, and meeting recurring close deadlines.
•Build and maintain monthly financial package components including budget-to-actual schedules, income statement support, balance sheet schedules, cash summaries, KPI reporting, and variance explanations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of accounting or finance experience, ideally in healthcare, home care, physician practice, behavioral health, or senior care.
•Hands-on experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, prepaids, reconciliations, and month-end close.
•Working knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, financial statement preparation, and balance sheet account ownership.
•Strong Excel skills including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data cleanup, and financial schedule preparation.
•High attention to detail and sound judgment with confidential information, with the ability to partner across finance, billing, revenue cycle, operations, vendors, and leadership.
