Provide warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and maintain an efficient, well-organized sales floor. Operate POS systems accurately, handle cash per policy, and support marketing efforts like gift cards and customer information capture. Receive and process shipments, manage stock levels, replenish the floor, and execute visual merchandising updates while following Loss Prevention and housekeeping standards.
