Key Responsibilities

  • •Work safely at all times and promote the Pick-n-Pull Safety Culture, including correct and consistent PPE use.
  • •Safely remove materials and components (e.g., Freon, power steering fluid, power brake fluid, batteries, garbage) per prescribed procedures.
  • •Extract and handle fluids and components (e.g., gasoline, coolant, waste oil, transfer case oil, catalytic converters) per prescribed procedures.
  • •Position vehicles on wheel stands for customer access to sellable parts and restore the area for the next vehicle set.
  • •Assist customers professionally as needed and prepare shipping materials (e.g., Gaylord boxes and pallets) while completing regulatory and tracking logs and maintaining stormwater control devices.
