Serve customers in the branch lobby by greeting them, assisting with simple transactions, and demonstrating how to use the bank’s mobile app and ATMs. Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers reach financial goals, answer questions, and connect them with Bankers for next steps while following cash-handling procedures and state/local regulations. You’ll build long-term customer relationships, support branch hours, and complete a video interview assessment after applying.
