Key Responsibilities

  • •Detect training needs at plant, department, and function level, including development plan and customer requirements.
  • •Build and manage the annual training plan within identified needs and budget.
  • •Lead the certification process and assess training effectiveness using evaluation reports tied to employee skills and KPIs.
  • •Administer training management compliance, including Eaton, customer, and legal audits.
  • •Support talent review and OCA processes, implement corporate OD initiatives, run employee survey cycles, and promote a safe, accident-prevention work environment.
