Consultant - Employee Benefits

Serve as a lead Health & Welfare Benefits consultant and primary client point of contact, researching and evaluating medical, life, disability, and other benefit plans. Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives, negotiate coverage/pricing, and manage project plans through renewals and implementations. Ensure compliance with plan rules and support open enrollment, compliance audits, and accurate CRM (Salesforce) data entry.
