Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop supply assurance strategies and ensure inventory levels are met, including materials capacity readiness and shortage resolutions.
  • •Analyze sourcing needs for assigned categories and recommend actions to stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic and alternate source enablements and monitor supplier satisfaction.
  • •Support expense and cost savings management by tracking metrics and driving cost savings and process improvement programs.
  • •Lead regional negotiation and sourcing events/RFQ processes and provide inputs for category management plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • •0-3 years of experience in supplier management.
  • •Experience using data analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, or Robotic Process Automation (preferred).
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a persuasive advocate.
  • •Proven negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with comfort tracking costs.
